LONDON CIVIC EMPLOYEES' CREDIT UNION LIMITED SURVEY London Civic Employees' Credit Union is interested in what you have to say. As we are always striving to improve our service, we are asking for everyone memebrs and non-members alike to complete a short survey. For helping us with the survey, we are making available five (5) prizes of $100.00 each. Anyone that wants to enter the draw may do so by completing their name and address at the end of the survey. The cash prizes of $100 each will be awarded to individuals randomly selected from those that complete the survey and fill out their names before 5:00 p.m. on June 1, 2009.
