London Civic welcomes new CEO Lew Figol to the Family.
The Board of The London Civic Employees’ Credit Union is very pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Lew Figol as the Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Figol is a seasoned veteran of the credit union system, who has held several positions of progressive responsibility over the past 20 years. He is currently the CEO of North Winnipeg Credit Union which has grown its membership base and successfully doubled its asset size, to become a $60 million credit union over ten years. The Board strongly believes that Mr.Figol’s demonstrated leadership skills will be of much benefit to members, staff and the Board of London Civic Employee’s Credit Union.
Mr. Figol will replace our current CEO, Tom Jolliffe, who previously announced his intention to retire from his position. Tom will be remaining with the Credit Union in a part time capacity and will continue to offer his valued services.
Mr. Figol will be re-locating and ready to go guide our Credit Union by Tuesday May 20, 2008. Stay tuned for a “meet the CEO” event coming soon. In the meantime, please join us in congratulating Lew Figol on his new appointment as CEO of London Civic Employees’ Credit Union.
